分析了低温预氧化过程对聚碳硅烷(PCS)先驱体结构的影响,研究了不同预氧化温度和时间下SiCf/SiC复合材料室温和高温介电性能的演变规律。结果表明:经预氧化处理后基体中的氧含量增加,生成具有低介电常数的Si CxOy相,且其含量随着预氧化温度的升高或时间的延长逐渐增加,SiC微晶和自由碳的含量均减少,因此SiCf/SiC复合材料的复介电常数明显降低,同时高温复介电常数的升高幅度显著减小。经260℃-6 h预氧化处理后,700℃时复合材料在整个X波段的反射率均达到-8 d B以下,高温吸波性能得到有效改善。 相似文献

Complementarities between technological and non-technological innovation are crucial determinants of firm performance. Although innovation complementarity has been extensively tested in the empirical literature, it has not been analysed in conjunction with innovation persistence. This fact is mainly due to the lack of data sets able to provide adequate longitudinal information. The capacities to develop market-oriented behaviour and introduce new organisational innovations, together with technological innovation, are the drivers of a firm’s productivity and profitability. We find that these activities complement technological innovation and that their impact is greater when they persist over time, thus introducing a more general concept of innovation persistence. We present an empirical model based on a large new panel of Italian manufacturing firms covering the period 2000–2012 which enables us to determine the precise impacts of a firm’s innovative attitude, in a broad definition that incorporates non-technological innovation and persistence, on its productivity and profitability. 相似文献

Abstract— A digital time‐modulation pixel memory circuit on glass substrate has been designed and verified for a 3‐μm low‐temperature polysilicon (LTPS) technology. From the experimental results, the proposed circuit can generate 4‐bit digital codes and the corresponding inversion data with a time‐modulation technique. While the liquid‐crystal‐display (LCD) panel operates in the still mode, which means the same image is displayed on the panel, a data driver for an LCD panel is not required to provide the image data of the frame by the proposed pixel memory circuit. This pixel memory circuit can store the frame data and generate its corresponding inversion data to refresh a static image without activating the data driver circuit. Abstract— Small integrated circuits of crystalline silicon (chiplets) transfer‐printed onto a flat‐panel‐display substrate provide greatly improved electrical performance and uniformity in active‐matrix organic light‐emitting‐diode (OLED) displays. The integrated circuits are formed in high‐performance crystalline silicon using conventional photolithographic processes and then transfer‐printed onto a substrate using a stamp that transfers hundreds or thousands of chiplets at once. The chiplets are connected to an external controller and to pixel elements using conventional photolithographic substrate processing methods. Kinematics, pattern recognition, and motion control methods are investigated as an integrated approach for a mask-panel visual alignment system, which consists of the vision system to extract the mask-panel misalignment and the stage control system to compensate for it. First, a 4PPR alignment mechanism is considered and the inverse kinematic solution is found out to define the relationship between the mask-panel misalignment and the displacements of active joints. Then, a fast alignment mark recognition algorithm is proposed in terms of the geometric template matching (GTM), which is specific to simply shaped patterns but computationally much efficient compared with general correlation-based matchings. Finally, the kinematic solution and the developed vision algorithm are incorporated to implement a two-stage position-based visual servo, where both original fine images and reduced coarse ones are utilized together and the GTM plays a crucial role in achieving a near real-time visual feedback. Electronic nose (E-nose) technique was attempted to discriminate green tea quality instead of human panel test in this work. Four grades of green tea, which were classified by the human panel test, were attempted in the experiment. First, the E-nose system with eight metal oxide semiconductors gas sensors array was developed for data acquisition; then, the characteristic variables were extracted from the responses of the sensors; next, the principal components (PCs), as the input of the discrimination model, were extracted by principal component analysis (PCA); finally, three different linear or nonlinear classification tools, which were K-nearest neighbors (KNN), artificial neural network (ANN) and support vector machine (SVM), were compared in developing the discrimination model. The number of PCs and other model parameters were optimized by cross-validation. Experimental results showed that the performance of SVM model was superior to other models. The optimum SVM model was achieved when 4 PCs were included. The back discrimination rate was equal to 100% in the training set, and predictive discrimination rate was equal to 95% in the prediction set, respectively. The overall results demonstrated that E-nose technique with SVM classification tool could be successfully used in discrimination of green tea's quality, and SVM algorithm shows its superiority in solution to classification of green tea's quality using E-nose data. 相似文献

In the forming process of picture tube panel, the accumulated residual stresses cause the formed part to shrink, and the thermal
and mechanical loads cause the mold blocks to deform. These two factors result in large deviations on the dimensions of the
formed panel, which are both modeled and simulated in this paper. For residual stresses analysis, a thermo-rheologically simple
viscoelastic material model is introduced to consider the stresses relaxation effect and to describe the mechanical behavior
according to the temperature change. The shrinkage of formed parts induced by the residual stresses is calculated based on
the theory of shells, represented as an assembly of flat elements formed by combining the constant strain and the discrete
Kirchhoff triangular elements. A thermoelastic model is presented to predict the deformation of the mold blocks during pressing,
which is based on the steady mold temperature field and thermoelastic boundary element method. The integrated simulation results
suggest the amounts that the mold cavity should be machined by, and have been verified by comparing the dimensional precision
of the panels produced by the mold considering a uniform part shrinkage and mold expansion or the mold considering the predicted
